Creamy fruit ice cream # PP

  • Banana – 2 PC.
  • Kiwi – 2 PC.
  • Yogurt without fillers and sugar – 3 st.l.
  • Honey – 1-2 ch.l.


Beat banana and kiwi in a blender. Add yogurt and honey. All mix well and send in the freezer on 1-2 years.

Spread with a special ice cream spoon or sliced. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate and nuts on top.

Carrot PP pie

Very tender carrot pie. It is very tasty, useful and simple.

Ingredients for cakes:

  • Carrots – 2-3 pieces of medium size
  • Yogurt – 1 glass
  • Wholemeal flour (oatmeal, corn, lynx) – 200 gram (look at the consistency)
  • Egg – 2 PC
  • Zest Orange – 1 st.l
  • Butter – 40 gram
  • Baking powder – 2 ch.l.
  • Walnuts
  • Vanillin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger
  • Honey – 2 st.l.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • Sour milk cheese- 300 gram
  • Honey – 1 st.l.

Beat eggs, add honey, sifted flour, weeder, vanillin, spices, nuts and yogurt. Mix well. Add orange peel and carrots, grated on a medium grater.

The result should be a consistency, as in thick sour cream. Bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes. Next, cut the cake lengthwise on 2 parts, after, as it cools down a bit.

Sour milk cheese beat with honey in a blender. And grease the cakes.

The perfect PP breakfast: vegetable roll

When you want something delicious, nutritious and at the same time light breakfast, then roll with vegetables and cheese – this is the perfect choice.


  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons wholemeal flour (rice, oatmeal or corn)
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ tomatoes
  • ½ avocado
  • 1/3 sweet pepper
  • 40 g of white cheese (suluguni, mozzarella, cheese)
  • Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method of cooking:

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper. The consistency of thick sour cream should turn out, so the flour may go more or less.
  3. Pour a drop of olive oil on a hot pan.
  4. Fry the "pancake" on both sides.
  5. Cut the vegetables in a convenient way and wrap them with cheese in a "pancake" and form a roll.

Chia pudding # PP

1. Chia seeds – 2 st.l.
2. Milk or yogurt – 200 ml
3. Honey – 1-2 ch.l.
4. Fruits (kiwi, banana, apple, orange etc).
5. Flax and sesame seeds – by 1 ch.l.
6. Nuts.

Method of cooking:

In the evening, pour chia seeds, sesame and flax with cold milk or yogurt. Put in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, decorate the pudding with fruits and nuts.

The second version of the pudding – add to seeds 1-2 st.l. oatmeal not instant cooking. Pour milk or yogurt. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
