Carrot PP pie

Very tender carrot pie. It is very tasty, useful and simple.

Ingredients for cakes:

  • Carrots – 2-3 pieces of medium size
  • Yogurt – 1 glass
  • Wholemeal flour (oatmeal, corn, lynx) – 200 gram (look at the consistency)
  • Egg – 2 PC
  • Zest Orange – 1 st.l
  • Butter – 40 gram
  • Baking powder – 2 ch.l.
  • Walnuts
  • Vanillin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger
  • Honey – 2 st.l.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • Sour milk cheese- 300 gram
  • Honey – 1 st.l.

Beat eggs, add honey, sifted flour, weeder, vanillin, spices, nuts and yogurt. Mix well. Add orange peel and carrots, grated on a medium grater.

The result should be a consistency, as in thick sour cream. Bake at 180 degrees 40 minutes. Next, cut the cake lengthwise on 2 parts, after, as it cools down a bit.

Sour milk cheese beat with honey in a blender. And grease the cakes.
